故事梗概：
Dominique，55岁，一个单身男人，出租自己公寓的一个房间给一个中国留学生，只收取极低的房租，并且每天做饭给这中国男孩吃。两人关系融洽，渐渐地，Dominique把男孩当作儿子对待，自己作起父亲的角色。由于长期孤独生活的他，有着过分的支配和占有欲望，使得两人关系恶化，而且情况恶劣到Dominique反对男孩与女朋友的来往，污蔑这个女孩。中国男孩气愤之下毅然搬出了公寓， Dominique再次陷入孤独生活的境地。
导演阐述：
这是我的亲身经历。改编自己的生活是件很有意思的事，你换了一个视角来体察生活。也许这部影片很私人，只是为了用影像留存自己的记忆，不过观者也能从中感受到丝丝人情冷暖。我是在尝试做一个肖像，关注自己身边的人。

Dominique, a single man at the age of 55 who rents out of his apartment rooms to an overseas student from China. He charges very little and cooks for the student everyday. They establish a good relationship and gradually, he regards the Chinese student as his son and starts to play a role of father to him. Being lonely for too long, Dominique has an extraordinary desire of demanding and possession that leads to the crash of the relationship. It gets worse when Dominique tries to stop the boy’s relationship with his girlfriend and foul the girl. The Chinese student moves out the apartment in anger when Dominique returns to his lonely life again.
This is based on my personal experience. It is always interesting to adapt your experience that allows you to change perspective. This is a very personal film, my aim is just to record it for memory. But I am sure the audience can feel the humanity in it. What I have done is to make a portrait of people around me.
