4月27日至6月7日“超级80年代”摄影作品展＿视觉联盟 OKVI.com™

2002年10月，《城市画报》推出了“我们生于70年代”特刊，在这期特刊里，展示了我们对70个分布在中国各大小城市的生于70年代人的影像记录。在中国媒体里，进行如此集中和如此大规模的城市人群影像记录，尚属首次。

2006年3月10日，事隔3年多之后，经过长达半年的策划、筹备和采访，《城市画报》隆重推出面向生于80年代中国年轻人的“超级80年代”特刊。这次，以更大的规模和版面，展示了80个生于80年代的中国城市人的肖像集以及访问。与上次“我们生于70年代”特刊有所区别的是，对于70年代生人我们是将他们的肖像与工作环境结合起来；而在“超级80年代”特刊里，所有的生于80年代的被采访对象，都是在他们最私密的个人空间——房间里，接受我们的拍摄。而且，针对这一人群的成长特点，我们要求被访者在拍摄时尽量展示自己拥有的物质产品。

这次艰苦的杂志作业，使得我们再度汇整了一个丰富的中国城市年轻人的影像档案。在这80张充满丰富人文细节的人物肖像里，每个人都在展现着力量，他们代表着属于中国未来的自信。这一代人，有着比前辈人更充裕的物质和精神生活，他们的力量在尚未得到充分展示之前，已经让所有中国人大吃一惊了。他们之中，诞生了中国成名最快的一代人，比如姚明、刘翔、韩寒、李宇春……虽然生于80年代的人群大多未掌握主流话语权，但是我们相信，生于80年代的中国年轻人，有机会发出比他们前辈人更耀眼的光芒。正是基于这样判断，我们将本期特刊命名为“超级80年代”。

自1999年创刊以来，作为一本与中国城市年轻人共同成长的城市生活杂志，《城市画报》一直执著于记录中国城市的变化；那些不肯被现实束缚，充满自信和创造力，对生活充满热诚的城市年轻人，一直是《城市画报》报道人群的重要组成。

我们一直认为，媒体最重要的功能是记录，去为历史留下这个时代的文字和影像档案，是媒体最具成就感的功用。希望过了十年或者一百年或者更久，人们翻看这本杂志，可以看到中国城市的发展变化，了解中国不同城市人的面貌，以及他们的所思所想。

Recalling from October 2002, City pictorial released the special issue “We are born in 70s” ，in this issue， we presented 70 photographic images of the people around China who were born in 1970s. Tracing back to the record of Chinese media industry, to have such a centralized and huge campaign for shooting photos of the people living in the modern city, it was considered to be the first try.

Three years later, on 10 March 2006, after a detail planning of programming and interviews, City pictorial put out another issue “Super 80s” ceremoniously for the youths living in China. We even used a larger scale and layout to present their personality within the images and interviews. To distinguish from the past issue, we chose their private spaces ——“room” to be the background of the theme, while we used the working environment as the theme for the 70s people last time. And, in view of this crowd’s characteristic of growth, we asked them to display their material belongings as many as possible.

In order to handle this tough mission, we collected loads of sources regarding to the young people living in the city of China. In these 80 portraits which are full of rich humanities details, everybody is presenting their own powers, they represents the confidences of the future China. This generation, has richer productivity and spiritual life compares to the last generation. Before the fully demonstration of their strength obtaining, they have surprised all the Chinese. Among them, there are a group of people who were born to be the most intelligent and get to be known by the world soon, such as Yao Ming, Liu Xiang, Han Han and Li Yuchun… Although most of the people of this generation had not grasped the mainstream power of words, we still believe, the youths born in 80s has the opportunity to send out their dazzling lights in one day. Base on such a judge, we named this issue to be “SUPER 80s”. Starting from the first publication in 1999, wishing to be the lifestyle magazine growing up with the youth, City pictorial persisted to record the changing of the city in China. For those youths who are not willing to be tied with the reality, full of confidences and creativity, diving into the life with passion, they are always our readers to the core.

We consider the media’s main function is to take a record, to keep the words and images for this century along the history, a sense of accomplishment will accompany with the record for the people working in media. I wish that ten years or even one hundred years later, when the readers browse through our magazine, still could feel the changing of the cities, and realize the different visages and minds for the people.
