设计说明：

1. 据统计，在中国的总人口中，25——39岁的青年人超过3亿。占总人数的20％以上。青年作为新时代的建设者。祖国未来的接班人和社会主义事业的继承者，青年人是创新的主体。也是创业的主体。即未来社会的栋梁。今时今日，越来越多的独立主青年。日渐成为知识经济时代的当权派。主流价值的领航人。一切皆源于当代青年日益强盛的独立与创造意识。

C.室内空间，针对青年人的个性化潮流，我们提出开放式可滑动组合的概念，室内没有明显的空间分割，而是通过居住者的需求进行滑动和组合，来满足室内空间的大小分布和功能划分。总之有各种多样的家庭也会有各种各样的居住分割，大家不会再问“你住的几室几厅”的问题，而是随心所欲分割自己的生活空间。

D.娱乐、运动、情感一体融合到整个建筑体内。从而可使青年人在每个地方都可以享受群体的生活空间。
