设计说明：

　　本方案是对未来青年居所的一种探求。他们作为城市的先锋总是走在生活的前沿，易感知生活，发现生活中的美。

　　概念来源于 “树”，作为新时代的青年人，我们渴望能象鸟儿栖息在树上，居住和生活在树上。在享受绿色空间的同时，拉近我们跟自然的距离。试想行走和攀爬在“树”与树之间，使得我们的视觉和听觉都被唤醒，来感受自然界与城市之间编织的交响曲。

　　在构筑个性青年住宅空间的同时，更多考虑到其情感交流、休闲、娱乐的公共区域的安排。多角度、多方位综合地反映了青年人个性张扬、思维活跃的个性特征。通过立体剖析建筑来丰富其空间感受，形成一定的网络化。本建筑体内的内外环构成住宅空间，内部两层扇形公共区域与外部三列公共区的形成功能连接的主导。住宅功能与交流功能交叉的运用使得建筑充满活力，架构起一棵棵生长中的树木。
此外，景观因素也考虑在内。以屋顶和空中走廊中心的绿化为场所贯注了更多的生命力。青年人在这里居住和生活，如同穿梭于森林当中，更加有益于体验并感受城市当中自然与新时代的气息。

　　户型选择为靠近两极的跃层和靠中心的平层作为住宅组合的不同方式。小环的单体结构为挑出2米空间的跃层，在功能利用上力求做到上下空间可以更好的交流；大环的单体结构为上下两个平层空间，具体表达为各个功能空间依据不同情形来变换空间范围，使得上下层空间能得到交流。生活方式的表达依据功能空间利用上。

The conception is from “tree”, as modern young people, we are eager for resting,living and enjoying in the tree, like some birda. when enjoying green space, we are reducing the distancebetween nature and us, let’s image the picture, in which we waikand climb among “tree”and tree, it delight our senses of sightand hearing so that we feel the symphony composed betweennature and cities.

When building a have of youth, we should pay more attenting to the arrangement of public places for emotional exchangement and entertainment. this idea gives a faithful representation of the feature of young people, with a bright and distinctive charactorand a quick mind. though three-dinensionally analysing the idea varies the feeling of space to internetlization. the inner structure of this building is residences. Its main part includes two functional connective floor of inside public areas in form of a fan and three outside public areas. the building is plenty of vigour because of the mixture use(of living function and communicating function),allthe parts are built up with pears of alive trees. Besides, the designet also thinks of landscape. which is the roof and the center of the air corridor inject more vitality into all the areas. youth live here in much the same way as they walk in a forest. it is helpful to taste and to enjoy the joys of ethos of nature and new times.
